Prince Horology was delighted to welcome delegation from the World Bank led by Dr. Abla Safir, Senior Economist, and Ms. Ratana Phurik- Callebaut.
The delegation was received by Mr. Gabriel Tan, Chief Communications Officer of Prince Holding Group and Ms. Jessica Thakur, a Swiss-trained instructor, who gave a comprehensive presentation about the school. During the visit, Dr. Abla and Ms. Ratana also met with young, aspiring Cambodian students, understanding their aspiration and challenges in learning the intricate process of Swiss-style watchmaking. The delegation also discussed the career pathway of the graduating class and Cambodia’s skills development with executives of Prince Holding Group.
“I am thankful to Prince Horology for the visit and to their students for sharing their training experience with us,” said Dr. Abla.
“We are delighted to host the visit today. This has given us an opportunity to discuss the vision of the training program and how it will meet the needs of Cambodia’s labor market in the future,” said Gabriel Tan, Chief Communication Officer of Prince Holding Group.
